Because when you meet a JW they are very nice. Some of their teachings can entice you and they do make sense (at first) If you go to the Hall as a newbie you feel like a Celebrity. If you study you have friends stopping by all the time so nice and so many. They really care about you they really love me. Then you get baptized and you couldn't get Brother or Sister to stop by at all. Can't count time talking to you anymore. Some of the teachings you don't agree with is worth the trade for the Brotherhood you feel at the beginning. The rest is History. Your hooked like Heroin, when you try to quit all the pushers arrive to keep you doped up. The visits start again you feel that "high" again. It becomes a vicious cycle just like Drug addiction. Cold Turkey is the only way and it can be very painful just like Drug Addiction.

i think he was evil (obviously), but at the same time, he was a great speaker and was able to "trick" the minds of the german people pre-wwii and during the second world war.. i would like to hear your thoughts.... ciao,.

this think tank raises some good points about the benefits of ridiculing fanatical religion.
how amazing to think that the ever crude writers of "south park" are leading society in the way it should be going - especially as regards islam and the violence triggered by any display of mohammed.. this also points the way for breaking the hypnotic spell that enslaves witless thralls: open ridicule of watchtower leadership and their endless false prophecy.

What is funny about South Park is they did show Muhammad in season 5. The Super Friends their latest episode they mentioned why was it ok back then to show Muhammad but today we can't. South Parks web page has all episodes uncut all seasons and I checked it out today and there was Muhammad plain as day before all the uproar. I think it is hilarious that Comedy Central still refuses to show a picture of Muhammad but they showed The Hindu God (can't remember the name) snorting cocaine while Jesus told him not to do that in front of the children. South Park picks on everything and everything. I am not shocked easily, but almost every new episode I say OMG how the hell do they get away with it. One of the funniest interviews I saw was with Trey Parker and Matt Stone. The question was are you anti Semitic? Answer... No I am Jewish.. The other said, Yes I hate Jews.
